A key aspect of Alliance and their approach is their claim to be working alongside their patients in partnership, rather than patients feeling the treatment was being done to them. The logo features two adjacent ribbons folded into an abstract A mark, delivered in a bold orange and grey colour scheme.
Icons were developed to bring depth to the identity and communicate what Alliance stood for to their patients, and a bright secondary palette supported these. The whole identity was then applied to a new website design, launched to great success shortly after the clinic opened it doors.
With the preparation for the launch of the clinic well underway, we set to work on clarifying the brand essence and applying an appropriate and engaging identity that would enable it to hit the ground running and set a new standard in the market.
The new logo and bold, clear tone of voice portrays great confidence and stands them head and shoulders above competitors, locally and further afield. The launch went well and from a standing start, Alliance already had over 70 referrals per month within the first two months of business, a figure that is continuing to grow month on month and requiring staff recruitment to increase faster than initially expected. When the website went live the referrals grew to over 90 per month with many patients commenting on its design, some even stating it was a main factor in choosing to work with Alliance.
